Includes: Package A materials, such as: templates for operational and promotional documents, checklists, return on investment forms, sample solication flyers, letters, timetables, and sample budgets. Narrative outline of securing sponsors and media partners also included. Additional inclusion of 15 hours personal consultation, questions and answers, and staff communications with Pinnacle Events USA via telephone and e-mail, plus one full day on-site consultation (minimum 8 hours) at your location.

Investment for Consultation Package C - $4,000.00 USD plus travel expenses

Comprehensive Consultation Package

Includes: Package A materials, such as: templates for operational and promotional documents, checklists, return on investment forms, sample solication flyers, letters, timetables, and sample budgets. Narrative outline of securing sponsors and media partners also included. Additional inclusion of 50 hours personal consultation, questions and answers, and staff communications with Pinnacle Events USA via telephone and e-mail, plus five full days on-site consultation at your location (before, during and/or after the event).
